Nicola has visited Chelsea Flower Show 2009 and brought back profiles on all the gardens and did some star-spotting.
Chelsea Flower Show press day was a lot of fun to be at this year.
In addition to profiling all the main show gardens for you, I also saw many celebrities at the event too.
There were many, including Sienna Miller, Katherine Jenkins, Penny Lancaster, John Sergeant (pictured above), Bill Nighy, Ringo Star, Jo Wood, Joanna Lumley, Helena Bonham Carter, Dame Helen Mirren and Stephen Fry.
Of course the 'real stars' of the show for me are the flowers. I loved the tall white digitalis at The Daily Telegraph, and the lush planting at The QVC Garden and Perfume Garden.
I thought a lot of the planting at some of the other gardens was very practical and helpful too for those wanting to avoid flooding (such as the HESCO Leeds garden) and for those looking to attract wildlife (the Future Nature garden). I hope you take the time to explore them.
Are you going to Chelsea Flower Show too? Why not upload your own photos of the event into our forum? Events & Gardens to visit. We would also love to know what you think about the event this year too. Tell us what you think!
