Eucalyptus Plantation

This year, as a nod to the Nursery’s 10 Year of Celebration, our display shows a ‘happy couple’ celebrating their 10th anniversary on a glamping holiday set on the edge of a Eucalyptus plantation.

The woodland is being sustainably managed as a source of firewood to heat the tents andthe landowners’ family home, whilst other Eucalyptus species are being managed as a crop of ornamental cut foliage.

To further demonstrate Eucalyptus in the plantation setting: the furniture, carpet, shirt, cosmetics, paper are all made out of Eucalyptus wood and fibre.
