The contemporary entertainment space closest to the house features a natural sandstone patio, raised pool with raised beds and steps, a hardwood sun deck, step stone path, pergola and cut-away focal planting bays.

To the rear, a sunken garden, with raised circular chamomile seat and round lily pond, creates a tranquil, contemplative space in which to relax.

Distinctive box topiary spheres and Ligustrum ionandrum half standards feature throughout the garden, together with a creative blend of hardy perennials, hard-working shrubs and semi-mature trees.
