Multi award-winning garden designer Diarmuid Gavin returns to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show to examine and demonstrate the possibilities of multi-level garden enjoyment.
The design seeks to explore the idea of gardens on top of gardens and maximise precious open space within concrete jungles.
