The garden explores the path of life and the obstacles that we must overcome; mental health, age, family and friends are all addressed in the garden in some way through the materials and planting used.

The garden is intended to show the process of life and allow the visitor a space to reflect on their individual lives and the path that has brought them to that moment in time. At the front of the garden is a large sculptural steel head which can be entered by the visitor. Constructed from layers of corten steel, visitors can view the garden from within creating an immersive experience as they are drawn out of the crowds of the showground and given the opportunity to enjoy a moment alone to contemplate the garden.
