Cultural methods to control box blight

There are ways to control box blight once it is detected. Take the following steps in dry weather:

- Dig up and destroy severely infected plants.

- For less severe cases, prune out infected branches.

- Remove and destroy fallen leaves from infected plants.

- If plants have been cut back, feed with a general purpose fertiliser.
