Mow out perennial weeds

One way of dealing with troublesome perennial weeds is to grass down over weedy areas with turf of seed and treat is as lawn.  It can take some time to eradicate using this method.  The weeds are weakened by having their leafy tops cut off each time the grass is mown.  Mow regularly.
