Prune Romneya

Remove up to half of all stems with secateurs, starting with the older or worst looking stems first, especially the outer stems if the clump is starting to outgrow its position. Prune the stems right down to the base of the plant. In colder climates, remove all winter-damaged growth back to live wood or to the base first, before removing further stems.
