Prune yellowed/damaged/instrusive stems (optional)

This instruction is optional. Once the risk of further frosts has past, cut back any leaves that have been damaged or discoloured by winter weather, close to the base of the plant. Do not remove so many leaves that you stripe the base of the plant bare.
