A large property. Probably a Georgian farmhouse with extensive land. A medium sized front garden leads into a large mature orchard with both new and very old fruit trees. The immediate rear garden is surrounded by a very tall Leylandii hedge and tall poplars, these would have been planted to hide the view of the M1 motorway and large warehouses on the far side. Between the rear garden hedge and the motorway are a number of fields.
