We've had a hard frost for the second year but the plant recovers well. When is the best time to prune and how far back should I prune.

Hi, Barry,
Your Fuchsia is pruning group 6 which means to prune in early spring by cutting back to a low framework, to the base in frost-prone areas (such as where you live).
