how do I create a plan

Question from Nicola Howarth

I have created a garden of 220m x 160m. When I open the planner there is no "new" button. How do I create a new plan?

You may only have 1 garden plan per garden. We have had members accidentally deleting gardens in error so we make it more difficult to delete and to start a new plan. If you want to overwrite a current plan you will need to delete all first.

We also have some training videos for professionals here
We are hosting webinars regularly with training help. You can see all the upcoming webinars here
The next one on the garden planner is tomorrow 3pm here. You can watch the recordings of previous webinars here.

I have deleted everything from the plan and still don't get the option to create a new one. I can see nothing on the grid. Might there be something invisible? Can you give me a list of things to try or let me know which specific video will give me the answer.

Hi Nicola, after deleting everything do you still have a grid on the page? You should be able to just start drawing on the grid. If you need to reset the grid size, please see image attached on how to do that.

If that doesn't work for you we have a training webinar in 2 hours on the garden planner (at 3pm) You can book onto that here.

        Many thanks, Nicola

Many thanks - that has sorted the problem. I no longer need to create a new plan. I shall attend the webinar anyway. Many thanks for your patience.
