Hi all - Del suggested we add this new forum section to the site. Please ask your questions here about how to use Shoot.

Also here is a Help guide.

All the best, Nicola

When I started using this site I was able to get a vertical view of the garden and also a picture of how the plan wouldlook. I don't seem able to do this now. Am I doing something wrong or have you changed the facilities? Anne

Hello E - thanks for continuing to be a member with us. We did have a major refresh of the site in May, however, we did not remove these features. Our design tool has always been 2D, and when you say you could see a picture - what did you mean? You can print your plan, but it is the 2D plan you'd get a copy of. Hope that helps! All the best, Nicola

      Hi Annie,

To start a new thread open any forum e.g. Allotments and there is an option to start a new one at the top of it.

Or if your question is about a specific plant, find the plant in our database and click the 'Ask Us' tab. That way all the questions and comments relating to each plant in our forums stays with the plant in question.

      I hope that helps!

Hi Nicola, am I being thick? when I go into 'allotments' I can add a new topic, but I don't want to add a topic about allotments! I want to add a completely new forum section to find out about the scottish membersip, called something like 'scottish members'. I still can't see how to do that. thanks Annie
