We planted 2 in November 2010 and there are both starting to turn brown and 1 has a large loss of it`s foliage.Can I rescue these plants?

Hi, Garry,
Where/how is it turning brown? Bottom up? Top down? Any chance you could post a photo? How large were they at planting?
