Could be a few reasons why it is drooping. Hydrangea, especially in a pot, like moisture but not excessive amounts. Too much or too little water can cause leaves to droop. How long was it in its original container? Finally, repotting can be stressful for a plant so having it done twice has probably taxed it a bit. Leave it be, water when the compost starts to get dry and make sure the pot has adequate drainage. Once it has perked up, try repotting, but only after it is finished flowering.
