Hi, Barbara,
Are there any new leaves? If so, submerge the basket so that the young leaves float on the surface then gradually lower as the grow. If no leaves, stand the basket on bricks so that crown is several cm below the surface. Lower as growth increases.

Last year I purchased the above from a reputable Nursery and placed it on the butyl-lined floor of our pond over winter. I wonder if I should bring it to the surface and lower it as it proceeds to grow. Thanking you for your assistance. Barbara.
