Hi, Valeria, Pulmonaria likes moist but not water-logged soil. So, just make sure the soil remains moist but doesn't dry out. If rainfall is regular, probably no need to water. If no rain and the plant is in full sun, water once a week, maybe twice in warm, dry weather. It likes fertile, humus-rich conditions so if you mulched it, that would enrich the soil and keep the soil moist longer. I would hold off on any extra fertilser unless the mulch proves inadequate (which I don't think it will). Kathy C
I just purchased the sissinghurst white pulmonaria and I haven't had this perennial before. How much and how often should I water? Does it also thrive with fertilizers?
