How much of the plant is effected? Is it in a pot or in the ground? How often fed/watered/etc? Outdoors or in?

hi Cathy, I have two shrubs in18" pots outside .Fed recently and watered frequentlly(its been very dry here) Picked off leaves recently which only appeared over last month.About 10% of leaves on both shrubs effected.
