Does anyone know what these plants are called

I have both these plants in my garden and would like to know what they are called so I can look after them. ALso can I move the red plant and when is the best time to move it?

    The green leaves /pink flowers is a variety of Spiraea - sorry can't be more specific. The red flowers I didn't recognise at first but will go back and have another look....

    I think the red might be an Alstroemeria. I have some growing in a pot and they have bulbs quite deep. I think you could move it before it flowers (is it really flowering now in April?) but dig quite deep. It would survive being moved at another time, but you might lose the flowers for a while..
