To clip or not to clip

I have a Thuja - Aurea Nana in my garden that is currently in the wrong position. I have two options one is to clip it into some sort of shape that will make it fit in better or to move it. I inherited plant and do not know anything about it. Any suggestions please?

    Hi, Koffy,
Your 'Thuja orientalis 'Aurea Nana' aka Platycladus orientalis 'Aurea Nana' is here on Shoot. If you add it to your 'Plants I Have' list, you will get detailed information on how and when to prune. Since it can be used as a hedge, you would probably have more success shaping it rather than moving it since conifers, particularly established ones, resent being moved.
