Jolly Bee

I live in the Blue Mountains in Sydney Australia. My Jolly Bee is about 4 to 5 years old and is more a spreading type. I have tried to propagte it but with no success. I just read your suggestion, "take a basl cutting" in March - April: Is that Europe location. I would appreciate any help with it.
