My Evelyn hebes( I have 3) were planted last November . 2 in rather shady spots and one in full sun. I didn't know they were frost sensitive and didn't protect them. All three have brown dead leaves now and look pittiful! Is there anything I can do ( remove the two from their shadier place??) And can I hope for revival??our winter was unusually harsh!! I am in western Switzerland next to lark Genèva( pretty mild climate) Tham Nk you for your reply! Christine sefolosha

They are definitely sun lovers, start cutting the ends and if you see green, stop and fertilize, they might come out of it.
