I planted a Kerria japonica 'Pleniflora' 2 weeks ago now some leaves are turning white and shrivelling. Old neighbour says it looks like blight, any ideas and cures please

Was it outside at the place where you bought it? The leaves on things in my mini-greenhouse often shrivel and go white if I'm not careful about hardening off and adjusting them to the dry air properly.
