Kerria flowers fade to white

I have a Kerria Japonica Golden Guinea and noticed that almost all the flowers turn white as they fade. Is this normal or is there some mineral deficiency causing this?

Hi, Carlo,
It's normal for the flowers to fade to white or near white if the plant is in full sun.
