There's a photo here on Shoot of holly leaf blight. When you click the link, does the photo look like your holly's leaves. With holes, it sounds more like insect damage, though I can't think of many pests that put holes in the leaves. Does it look like narrow, swirling tunnels in the leaf? Where are the holes concentrated - margins, middle, some place else? Any chance you could post a photo?

I have brown spots on some leaves on my Common Holly,would this be leaf blight?Theres also holes in the leaf.
