I have 3 Blue Arrow conifers about 1900mm two years old. I have noticed this March that there are signs of some dead stalks mainly at the bottom of the trees. Can you advise what could have caused this and can this be brought around?

Could it be excessive moisture, most conifers don't like standing water at their feet, they also like acidic soil, check for both conditions, raise the level of planting by doing a berm and check for PH too.
