Hops are beutiful climers to have in the garden, but they also have mone use than just aesthetic. Hops have most commonly been used for brewing, but there are also other uses. Hops are a strongly sadative, and dried flowers have been used to cure insomnia. The easiest way is to buy ready dried hops and instead of brewing make them into a little pillow and have it in the bed. To make the pillow a little bit nicer just add some dried lavender flowers.
