Should I cut back my Hellebores after flowering? They take up a lot of room once they've finished being beautiful

I just cut the flowers off, they seed prolifically, I also cut off the old leaves as they are setting flower buds in Feb., this tidies them a bit and I am able to see the flowers without the distraction of the old leaves. If the clump has gotten bigger, you might divide them in Fall.
