This plant is on my plant list but no winter instructions sent.Clearly it needs to come inside of be protected.Please advise.

These dianthus, most of us treat them as annuals if we lose them, or as perennials if we are lucky. It says H3 - tender in frost - which usually means you can't rely on it to survive outside in a harsh winter, but it might be ok if there is not a really severe frost. Most of mine have managed the last few winters. Every now and then I lose one.
