Cordyline in pot

Cordyline in pot

I have had this plant for about four years in a pot. It is still ok but some leaves are dying off. There is no room for more soil on top and I don't really want to put it in a larger pot as the one it is in is quite large already. It stands as a centrepiece in my front garden. Can I revive it or should I start again?

    Hi

I suggest you remove three inches of the surface soil from the pot and replace with new soil
adding a hand full of fertilizer hope this helps
if the plant has become pot bound you could split and pot up again this could give you more plants
