Hi, Phyllis,
It is possible, if it didn't get too, too cold that the plant is still alive. Cut it back in spring. If it didn't survive, you can divide the one that is alive in spring. Do you have this plant in your 'Plants I Have' list? If so, you'll get monthly reminders of what to do with it and when.

One of my "Silver Spear" Astella Chathamica seems to have blackened. Can I save it by cutting back? If not can I divide one that has survived the frost?
