Re: My plan has disappeared
If you have gone to print a design, but then not ‘completed’ the printing process – ie, you’ve clicked ‘cancel’ at any stage, the planner will show a blank screen when you return to the design tab.
To reset, you will need to save (it won’t save a blank design, don’t worry!), log out and log back into the planner. Your design will be complete and available to the last save.
