Lost Plans and not Saving new Plan

All previous garden Planner plans are not loading and when I tried to start a new Plan the plan saved but when re-starting the Planner the plan had disappeared. Is there a fix to this? Have I lost all my work.

    Hi Nick, please use the contact us form or email in to shoot@shootgardening.com with details of your plan (e.g. garden name, email on the account, etc). We will investigate for you.
