I have a Cornus plant which should have white bracts each spring, my plant has not had bracts for some years.
any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Observations
Is it possible for the Cornus to throw up suckers? this could be the case
also the plant has become very shaded in recent years, could this possibly be the cause?
