The Garden design planner do not work!
Does anyone have the same problem as I do? I am so frustrated about this, when I should start up the design planner program it just shows a blank page, and when I click on my garden design it comes up a alert that I am leaving the page.
Confused and disappointed!

    Hi Helena, a few quick questions. Are you trying on an iPad or iPhone? Our software uses Adobe Flash so isn't supported by Apple on these devices. Are you up to date with your Adobe Flash software?

      I have updated my Adobe Flash player to 8 but when I open the garden planner it still just show a blank page, no tools, nothing!
      My web browser is Safari.

          First I want to say thank you for your helpfulness!
          I found out that my computer settings was preventing the Flash player to work properly, I tried out the Garden planner and now it works.

    Hi there,
    The planner won't work. It is not the first time but now I wanted to share it with a potential client and I cannot open it. I'm not using mac just a PC, my reception is fine just the planner won't open. I've deleted the app and installed it again and that didn't help. Can you please assist?
