printing out in Shoot - key / numbers not aligned with plants

When I print my garden plan to paper or pdf, I have ticked box saying I want plants to be numbered so it's easier to look them up on the key. But the numbers are not nicely on top of the plant they are offset to the right, so with all the plants I have they are actually sitting on the wrong plants and totally confusing! Is there a wrong setting or someting I can change to align them? Thankyou
