Hi. How long have you had the plant? The flowers on rosemary are not really conspicuous and don't last very long in spring. Some years, I notice the flowers for a couple of weeks, when they are covered in bees, but often I'm only aware of foliage. I would say they are a fleeting joy rather than a key feature of the plant.
