Plant not in plant identifier

Plant not in plant identifier

Has anybody come across a plant called Seseli gummiferum (also known as moon carrot)? My neighbour had one given to her and passed the plant label on to me but I have been unable to find it in our plant base, although it does show up in Google. It is a biennial with pretty blue-grey foliage and does self-seed. Any ideas where I can find it?

The RHS Plant Finder lists this plant and gives about a dozen nurseries around the country that can supply it.
