Depends how big the plants are, how big the tomatoes are they will make, and whether you are giving them any protection under glass.
If you have biggish plants to make cherry tomato-sized fruits and you can keep them indoors with lots of light, you could still get a decent crop.
If they are seedlings for beef tomatoes outside, you don't have much chance of getting ripe fruit before the end of September.
