Hi, Penny,
They flower once a year but with regular deadheading, you can prolong the flowering season to last most of the summer.

Couldn't get to the answer to Steve's question, so.... do these only flower once a year? Can I do anything to increase this?

Hi, Steve,
It probably didn't give you the flowers you wanted since it was just planted from a pot. Since it seems happy with plenty of foliage, I would leave it be for now. Deadhead any spent flowers and feed it next spring to encourage flowering. Do you have an account with Shoot? If so, add this to your 'Plants I Have' list so you can detailed instructions on how to care for it all year long.

Hi, planted this from pot to garden early June, flowered sparingly once but not since. Plenty of foliage.
Is it likely to flower again this summer? do I need to do anything to enourage more flowers? the original/natural soil is clayey, but i put plenty of general potting compast in this new flower bed
