one of these has flowered & is almost totally shadowed by a spurge, have dead headed & wonder if it would be ok to move to a more spacious position now?

Hi, Christina,
SInce it has already flowered, you can move it now. Just make sure it gets some extra water over the next couple of weeks if the weather is dry.
