As far as I can find out, it is an evergreen perennial - info from the web is below
    Description
An evergreen perennial with small, green leaves. Height 30cm, spread 30cm. Fragrant, lilac-pink flowers with a yellow eye are produced from April to October. Grows in most soils in sun or part shade, may be grown in a container. Fairly hardy if planted in a sheltered spot.

    More Information
Amelie has proved to be a real favourite and it's not surprising. A very pretty plant that not ony looks good but smells good too. Look after her well and she'll flower for months.

    Hi, Sue,
Great advice from Lorna - it is an evergreen perennial but because it is half-hardy/tender, it is often grown as an annual (and misleadingly described as such by marketers). Have you added it to your list of 'Plants I Have'? If so, you will get detailed instructions on how to care for it.
