Plant care

Pruning

The plants usually die after flowering and producing seeds. However, the seeds germinate easily and plenty of seedlings will grow around the original plant. Cut back after seeding.

Propagation methods

Seed

Propagation

Sow seed in a cold frame in autumn. Move seedlings when young since older plants resent being transplanted. Alternatively, allow to self-seed.
