White blister

Symptoms - White, blistered pustules on leaves, stems and flowerheads. On tissue around the blisters there is often swelling, distortion and abnormal pigmentation.

This disease is sometimes called white rust on some plants, but do not confuse this condition with chrysanthemum white rust, which is another fungus.
