'Whistleberry Garnet' is a compact, evergreen perennial with whorls of linear, dark green leaves, red buds in winter, burgundy shoots emerging in spring and large, bright yellow flowers in summer.

All parts of the plant are highly toxic if ingested. The milky sap may cause irritation to skin and eyes.
euphorbia's for the most part are not long lived, they come from dry areas and winter moisture can be the death of them. Try cutting all the sickly looking shoots and see if it puts out new shoots, they like well drained soils, my euphorbia amygdaloides rubra has formed a nice colony under my thuja plicata, but not all euphorbias like shade.
