Cultivation

Handle bulbs carefully and plant 4 times their own depth. Needs well-drained, slightly acidic soil in full sun with shelter from rain. Will not tolerate wet conditions. May be grown in a frame or cold greenhouse to keep bulbs nearly dry whilst dormant.
