'Misty Blue' s a clump-forming, rhizomatous perennial with pinnate leaves divided into ovate, deeply-toothed, deep blue-green leaflets. Red stems bear oblong racemes of white flowers in late spring and early summer, followed by black-eyed, spherical white fruit.
