Cultivation

Grow in poor to moderately fertile, neutral to alkaline, well-drained soil in full sun. Native to dry or desert areas so, once established, tolerates prolonged drought and saline conditions. In native areas, plant in autumn. Growing conditions will dictate mature height. Suitable for use as a hedge in dry climates.
