Cultivation
Grow in fertile, neutral to alkaline, cool, moist soil in partial shade. Tolerates full sun if soil is kept consistently moist. Flowering may slow or stop early in extremely hot weather, possibly reblooming when temperatures cool in late summer or early autumn. Foliage dies down quickly after flowering. Keep dry when dormant from summer to winter.
