Cherry leaf scorch

Symptoms - Dead, infected leaves hang on the tree during winter infecting young leaves the following spring. The symptoms do not appear, however, until summer.

It is unsightly, but not damaging, because only the leaves are affected and the tree vigour does not appear to be reduced.
